Course Objective
To teach students the processes from technical drawing to virtual prototyping using 3-dimensional modeling and design software. The aim is to gain the ability to design and visualize the components of unmanned vehicle systems.
Brief Content of the Course
The course includes basic geometric modeling techniques, and surface and solid modeling principles. It focuses on part design for unmanned aerial/ground vehicles, assembly processes, and preparing models for 3D printers.

Students will gain the ability to recognize and use basic 3D modeling software.

To ensure that the parts used in unmanned vehicle systems are modeled in accordance with technical drawing standards.

Ability to perform necessary technical analysis and assembly operations on designed 3D models.

To develop the competence to prepare modeled parts in formats suitable for 3D printing and to transfer them to the production process.

To be able to produce creative and technical solutions to encountered design problems.
