Course Objective
To understand the basics and importance of ethics and professional ethics. To understand the place and importance of professional ethics in protecting professional ideals, raising standards in professional relations and working conditions. To ensure the adoption of ethical principles in professional life.
Brief Content of the Course
To be able to learn the concepts of coaching, philosophy and ethics. Concept of training and basic principles, trainer and definition, working methods of trainers, types of trainers, trainer training. Theory and concepts in the field of Child Protection in Sports. National and international legal bases. Explanation of Child Protection System in Sports and Child Abuse in Sports. Precautions to prevent abuse in the relationship between coach and athlete
