Course Objective
The aim of this course is to teach students the fundamental techniques and tactics of table tennis, introduce the rules, demonstrate performance improvement methods through practice, and enhance students’ ability to teach and coach table tennis.
Brief Content of the Course
Historical development of table tennis, basic stance and grip techniques, service and return techniques, offensive and defensive strategies, game rules, training planning, refereeing, and applied table tennis matches.
