Course Objective
To provide information on the concept and types of value, real estate markets, economic concepts on appraisal, factors affecting value, and the standards, principles and legal dimension of appraisal.
Brief Content of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students about the real estate markets in detail and to instruct them in the calculation methods used for real estate appraisal. The primary subjects of this course are the types of real estate market, the role of real estate investments in the economy, the financing of real estate investments, the fundamentals and methods of appraisal, and real estate appraisal based on mortgage.
