Course Objective
Human Resources Management is a process in which human resources needs are evaluated and met, the necessary incentives and working environment are provided to get the best efficiency from the hired personnel, and it is a business function that contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives such as other business functions such as production, marketing and finance. In addition, today, Human Resources management plays a main role in the strategic planning of the enterprise and has a strategic importance in the manpower, profit and general efficiency of the organization.
Brief Content of the Course
All famous and large businesses with high competitiveness say that the power that brings them to this position is their investment in people. When we look at the human resources profile of these businesses, it is seen that the majority are well-educated, able to analyze the environment, research, constantly learn and teach, have a vision of the future, know how to share, have adaptability and are open to change. Having a qualified workforce is a prerequisite for trying to be superior in competition. This workforce must be used at the right time, in the right place and in the right way. These conditions and justifications make human resources management and managers indispensable in today's businesses. The main purpose of human resources management is to create happy, productive and positive-thinking employees and to contribute to the effectiveness, efficiency and profitability of the business.
