Course Objective
The goal is to teach students the fundamentals of web technologies and, in particular, to equip them with the skills to develop dynamic, database-driven web applications using PHP. Students will learn to design secure and scalable backend systems by understanding client-server architecture.
Brief Content of the Course
Web architecture, HTTP protocol, client-server communication, PHP fundamentals, form processing, database connection (MySQL), user session management, security, MVC approach, and RESTful service development are covered. Students develop a mini web application project at the end of the term.
