In this course; The most economical use of production resources (soil, plant, animal, labor, capital, etc.), pesticides used in plant cultivation and their residual effects, and views and approaches on the definition and scope of organic agriculture will be explained. By comparing new product patterns and crop rotations in organic agriculture, information will be given on the comparison of conventional agriculture and organic agriculture from different aspects. Organic agriculture and its importance, organic agriculture in the world and in Turkey, general rules of organic agriculture, cultivation techniques in organic agriculture, field crops in organic agriculture will be covered.
