Course Objectives 
1Taking into account the national priorities, have theoretical and practical knowledge in the field that optimum utilization of the soil and water resources, conservation and development of these resources.
2Have knowledge for the protection of soil and water resources, the implementation of water-saving technologies, and evaluation of the effects of climate change on agricultural activities and technical measures to be taken, re-use of waste water, artificial wetlands, to design irrigation and drainage projects subjects.
3Have a theoretical and practical education on creation of the appropriate environmental conditions for agricultural production, all that is needed like designing and construction of building and facilities, settlement planning in rural areas, preparation and implementation of land consolidation projects in every stages.
4Monitor and transfer the advanced technology about this area.
5Evaluate as multi-faceted the developments in this area by using the scientific method and techniques.
