Course Objective
In human genetics, our goal is to train scientist candidates who are aware of the realities of the world and who understand the basic mechanisms of human heredity.
Brief Content of the Course
The course covers DNA structure and gene expression, chromosomes, genomic organization of human, mutations in the human genome and DNA repair, genetic mapping, genetic mapping of complex characters, genome project, identification of human disease genes, molecular pathology, genetic analysis of populations, cancer genetic of complex diseases, genetic manipulation, gene therapy and other genetic based therapeutic approaches.
