Learning Outcomes Of the Course 
1To be able to make the definition of industrial microbiology and able to classify products according to their areas of use
2Understanding the objectives and operating principles of microbial fermentors used in the manufacture of industrial products, and be able to distinguish the fermenters according to the differences
3To understand the metabolism of microorganisms used in industrial microbiology microbiology techniques, using the knowledge and be able to recognize which bacteria caused the need for the use of
4Using advanced molecular biology techniques with knowledge of industrial micro-organisms able to schematize the steps of obtaining industrial products
