ÖÇ2It explains the body's use, sources, requirements, and deficiencies/excesses of carbohydrates, lipids, water, proteins, vitamins, and minerals, which are energy and building blocks.
ÖÇ3It describes the usage, storage, preparation, and purchasing characteristics of food groups.
ÖÇ4In line with sustainable health goals, it discusses the effects of food preparation processes on food quality, explains the causes of nutritional problems, and clarifies nutritional principles in certain specific cases.
