Course Objective
This course aims at teaching how to determine and do the appropriate interventions for the occurrences deviating from the normal during delivery and postpartum period, roles of the parents and adopting responsibilities and the information and skill necessary for the mother to take caring responsibilities of herself/the baby conceptually and practically.
Brief Content of the Course
Risky situations regarding delivery, dystocia and care, dangers of difficult delivery with regard to the mother and the baby, preparation of the mother to delivery, attempts regarding delivery, preterm-postterm delivery, risky situations in pos delivery period.
