Course Objective
This course aims to learn and analyze different literary genres in terms of fiction, event, character and symbolic representation and teach how to apply them in language teaching
Brief Content of the Course
The course focuses on the use of literature in language teaching; Short stories and novels selected from British and American literature; different approaches to the use of literature with young people and adults at every language level; the integration of literary texts into language classrooms, the study of literary texts in terms of form and content richness and linguistic features; examination of teaching methods in the use of short stories and novels.
