Course Objective
The general purpose of this course is to design, develop and evaluate a teaching material based on the theoretical and experimental basis of the physical structure of the basic circuit elements of basic electronics and their functions in circuits.
Brief Content of the Course
Current-conduction mechanisms in semiconductors, Mobility-conductivity, Temperature-dependent current-voltage characteristics, Photo diode, Tunnel diode, p-n junction, Junction transistors, Phototransistors, Transistor-current components, Current-effect transistors, Metal and semiconductor contacts, Wien bridge oscillators, Amplifier circuits, Digital MOSFET circuits, Common-emitter indicators, Half and full wave rectifiers, Voltage doubler circuits, Oscillator and inverting circuits, Electronic multipliers, Relaxation oscillator, Filters and power supplies.
