Course Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to comprehend nanoscience, understand current developments in nanotechnology, gain knowledge about the types of nanostructures, their preparation methods and characterization, and gain competence in evaluating the applications of nanoscale structures in science and technology.
Brief Content of the Course
An overview of nanoscience and nanotechnology; fabrication and characterization of nanostructures; nanoparticles; carbon-based nanomaterials (nanotubes, graphene, etc.); and scientific and technological applications of nanoscience.
