Course Objective
At the end of this course, students will be able to explain the structure and mechanics of muscles, bones, joints, ligaments and tendons that play a role in movement, movement, to distinguish the responses of tissues to stresses, to list and absorb the changes in tissue pathologies; to interpret the relation of balance, gravity center, weight bearing concepts and biomechanical principles with motion, to create and question examples for them; It is aimed to explain the normal walking features and analysis, to list the changes observed in pathological walking and to gain the ability to distinguish.

Introduction to Kinesiology and Its Definition, Reference Plane and Coordinate System of the Body, Bone and Cartilage Tissue, Joint Kinetics and Movement Types, Collagen and Muscle Tissue, Upper Extremity Kinesiology, Lower Extremity Kinesiology, Cervical Spine Biomechanics, Lumbar Spine Biomechanics, Thoracic Spine Biomechanics, Thoracic Spine Biomechanics Gait Analysis, Pathological Walks, Balance and Coordination.
