Course Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with the technical and legal knowledge required to implement land consolidation projects, which aim to ensure the efficient, orderly, and planned use of agricultural land. Students gain practical understanding of the process, from analyzing existing land parcels to creating new land distribution plans. Sustainability Statement: Land consolidation efforts contribute to increased agricultural productivity, more efficient delivery of infrastructure services, and the sustainability of rural development by reorganizing fragmented agricultural lands. In this context, the course plays a vital role in promoting natural resource conservation and sustainable agricultural practices.
Brief Content of the Course
This course covers the preparation process of land consolidation projects aimed at improving the economic, technical, and social efficiency of agricultural land use. Topics include analyzing existing land structures, protecting landowner rights, creating new parcel plans, and integrating road and irrigation infrastructure.
