Course Objective
The aim of this course, teaches three dimensional plans making for open and closed mines using surveying techniques, determining the amount of reserves with drilling methods. And teaches transformation between underground and ground coordinate system with the help of vertical wells or galleries.
Brief Content of the Course
Basics of surveying and analysing in the open mines. Volume calculation by sections. Basing of control points at underground mines, numbering of control points, edge + direction measurements at underground, geometric and trigonometric leveling, measuring depth of wells. Orientation measurements and calculation of the single well, orientation measurements and calculation of the double well.
Prerequisites
None
