Course Objective
This course aims at providing following fundamental knowledge to students: 1. Sustainable acquisition of the subject, content, scope and types of real estate ownership. 2. The purpose, functions, and coverage of the land registration and cadastre. 3. The busines processes in Turkish cadastral system including cadastral surveying, updating and renovation of cadastral plans and registers. 4. The organization of the Turkish cadastral system.
