Course Objective
The aim of the course is the basic definitions and concepts of Digital Terrain Model (SAM), data collection methods, detection systems and new technologies used in data collection, data processing in SAM production, interpolation methods, SAM filtering methods, SAM Demonstration methods, SAM Quality Assessment and Accuracy Analysis, SAM application areas, and concepts related to sustainability-based SAM applications.
Brief Content of the Course
Basic terms and definitions about DTMs, data collection methods in DTM generation, Technologies and sensor systems, Data processing, interpolation, filtering and visualization methods in DTM, Accuracy assessment and quality analyses and sample sustainability-based SAM practices.
