Course Objective
The aim of the course is to enable students to comprehend the basic characteristics of American cultural history, to explain the changes in American politics and foreign relations, to explain the effects of America on world politics and culture, to define the differences according to other cultures.
Brief Content of the Course
In this course, American Culture and History will be examined, interpreted and discussed in terms of social, political, philosophical and cultural aspects from the pre-colonial period to the 20th century.
