Course Objective
The aim of this course is to introduce the basic concepts, principles, universal rules and the sources of universal rules of Islamic law, as well as to convey quick and short solution methods to new problems based on general principles.
Brief Content of the Course
In this course, 99 general principles included in Mecelle-i Ahkam-ı Adliye will be introduced and examples of the application of the principles will be presented.
