Course Objective
The purpose of this course is to teach students the technical drawing rules used in the construction industry and to provide them with the competence to make project-based drawings. By gaining basic technical drawing skills, students will be able to read and draw technical drawings of construction projects and use computer-aided drawing programs.
Brief Content of the Course
This course covers the rules of preparing technical drawings and drawing techniques in the construction and building sector. Topics such as basic drawing techniques, scaling, plan, section and elevation drawings, detail drawings, structural element drawings, technical drawings of building projects are covered. Students will gain the ability to apply in the construction sector by developing their project reading and creation skills.
