Course Objective
The aim of this course is to learn the basic concepts of energy law and sustainability to examine and evaluate the disagreements in international relations in the field of energy law.
Brief Content of the Course
The development of energy law has become important for international relations field as energy and energy security have become increasingly important with development of the concept of sustainability in the international arena. Energy law legislation and case studies which regulate relationships and solve problems arise between processes of energy extraction, generation, transmission and distribution of energy will be analyzed in this course.
