Course Objective
To analyze a single-purpose and multi-storey structure in accordance with the functional and environmental datas, provide transitions between different scales in the design process, to produce design solutions under the facts of structural systems, materials and construction.
Brief Content of the Course
Having the student acquire critical and solution-producing approach for the community, physical environment and architectural understanding; solving of various functions in a project for a building with medium complexity and its immediate surroundings; organization of all components of a building with relatively large span, tackling the frame and material issues.
