Course Objective
The aim of this course is to provide students with information about the taxation process, situations that eliminate tax debt, deadlines in tax law and resolution of tax disputes within the scope of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
Brief Content of the Course
The course includes explanations about the taxation process by associating it with the event that gives rise to the tax, various situations that eliminate tax debt, deadlines in tax law, calculation of periods, reasons that extend the periods, and the resolution of tax disputes at the administrative and judicial stages. The link between sustainability and development is addressed in relation to tax law's support for environmental and social sustainability.
