2To introduce technologies that support cognitive and visual skills such as focusing, tracking, color perception, and image recognition for individuals with visual impairments.
3 Understanding the functions and applications of technological aids for near and far vision.
4 Teaching examples of how assistive technologies that support independent living can be applied in daily life activities.
5 Explaining the legal, funding, and policy dimensions of access to technology for individuals with visual impairments.
