Course Objective
The aim of this course is to enable the people in the working environment to gain the necessary knowledge about themselves, their colleagues and their organizations about perception, communication, learning and motivation.
Brief Content of the Course
The basic concepts of behavioral sciences are introduced and information about the emergence of behavioral sciences, the contemporary approaches to which it is influenced, the systems studied with the related disciplines are given. Attitude formation and attitude forming factors, learning theories and types of learning principles and strategies of personality theories are discussed. In addition, topics such as perception, attribution, learning processes, motivation, job satisfaction, mobbing, and corporate commitment are handled with current examples.
