Course Objective
The student will be able to perform personal care and daily work plan according to the type and characteristics of the work to be done, to determine the meeting agenda according to the characteristics of the work and the participants, to inform the participants for the meeting, to predict how many employees the business will need according to the workload estimated in the future, to plan the leave of the staff, will be able to organize display and arrangement spaces, fair stands, collect the primary and secondary data required according to the characteristics of the work according to the appropriate data collection methods and interpret them by analyzing them with appropriate analysis techniques, prepare written reports suitable for the organizational structure, present them to the senior management and file and archive the reports according to the filing and archiving techniques.
Brief Content of the Course
Giving information about making personal preparation and business plan before sales, preparing the necessary documents for sales organization, sales meetings and work distribution. In addition, organizing display and arrangement spaces, organizing fair stands, ergonomics in the work area, creating awareness about collecting, organizing, analyzing, interpreting and reporting the data necessary to realize sustainable sales.
