Course Objective
Have an understanding of the history, principles, methods and techniques of brief counseling and the counseling approach in question.
Brief Content of the Course
Cognitive, affective and behavioral therapy models and history of brief therapy; principles and techniques of solution-focused counseling, structuring of solution-focused counseling sessions, techniques used, solution-focused counseling with children and adolescents and application of the stages of brief counseling.
