Course Objective
The aim of the Film Theories course is to analyze the methods, techniques, forms and values of a film within the framework of cinema theories and history.
Brief Content of the Course
Sociology, history, philosophy, psychoanalysis and semiotics, through the use of cinema theories, how and with which means the meaning is created in cinema, signs and images hidden in the images, the reality of cinema, the importance of perspective, the effects of film images on individuals and societies will be discussed. Innovative technologies in the context of contemporary cinema and their contribution to world cinema will be examined, including sustainable film production.
