Course Objective
The aim of this course is to teach students the basic principles of economics and to provide a basic understanding of how the actors of the economy, such as households and firms, can effectively and efficiently manage their resources.
Brief Content of the Course
This course will introduce students to basic market structures, supply and demand, consumer behavior, firm behavior in product markets, the production process, perfect competition, imperfect competition, economic growth and sustainable economic development.
