Brief Content of the Course

In the content of the individual labour law course, the subject and nature of labour law in general, the place of labour law in the legal system, the historical development of labour law, the characteristics of the regulations in labour law and the relations between these legal sources, the basic principles and ideas applied in labour law, international labour law and international labour law organisations, state organs related to labour law, sanctions, basic concepts of labour law such as employee-employer-employer representative-subcontractor-workplace-enterprise, Labour Law No. 4857 and the scope of other labour laws, the characteristics of the employment contract, the definition-elements-qualities-types of the employment contract, the rights and obligations of the parties in the employment contract, the termination of the employment contract (termination of the employment contract other than termination, termination, job security, termination for just cause), the results of the termination of the employment contract, regulation of work, working hours, rest periods, occupational health and safety, labour judiciary are examined. Within the framework of these topics, to raise awareness by providing information on the advancement and implementation of non-discriminatory laws and policies for gender equality and sustainable development, as well as decent work and economic growth within the scope of sustainability goals within the framework of labour relations.
