Course Objective
Within the framework of the approach of workers and employers in the economic models in the world and in our country, the obstacles to the employment of human capital in the industries and the reasons for these obstacles will be tried to be explained and information about the ease of employment, efficient labour force, union developments will be tried to be conveyed.

Within the framework of the changing field of interest of labour economics, labour markets and collective bargaining process; To examine the issues of trade union movements, unionization, collective bargaining models and processes in the world and in Turkey.
