Course Objective
The aim of this course is to teach the concepts of health law and the rights and responsibilities of the parties in the field of health, to gain an inclusive perspective on health law, and to acquire skills to solve problems in the most appropriate way.
Brief Content of the Course
The basic rights that constitute the purpose of health law, civil law responsibility in health services, contractual responsibility, criminal law responsibility in health services, state responsibility for health services, patient rights, relationship between sustainability and health law in health systems.
