Course Objective
The aim of the course is to provide candidates who will be public administrators to have knowledge about the concept of administration, to increase the knowledge of the administrative organization, to examine the legal status of public officials who are obliged to receive public service, to show the legal response of their administrative transactions and contracts.
Brief Content of the Course
In the course, the concept of administration, the aspects of the administration that separate it from the legislative and executive functions, sustainable and development-friendly systems in terms of administrative law are examined in general. Then, the emergence, characteristics and sources of Administrative Law are covered. Turkish administrative organization and general principles, the authorities and responsibilities of administrative institutions, the distinction and principles of central administration and local administration are explained. The formation, elements and termination of administrative works and transactions and administrative contracts are explained. Concepts such as public officials, public goods, public service are covered in detail.
