Course Objective
It is to give students the ability to apply the necessary sewing techniques for shirt-blouse-dress production with technical parts and real applications. Students are encouraged to think about sustainable sourcing, design, such as upcycling and zero waste, and manufacturing techniques. It is aimed to ensure ethical awareness and understanding of the potential environmental impacts of fabrics or materials.
Brief Content of the Course
Model-fabric and color preferences that is suitable for the anatomy of people, the model and fabric selection that is appropriate for the type of clothing, decoration options and accessories, sustainable sourcing, design and production techniques such as upcycling and zero waste, ethical awareness and potential environmental impacts of fabrics or materials, preparation of shirt-blouse pattern, selection of clothing in shirt-blouse, producing of closing share - molding - sleeve, cuff - pocket - collar techniques in various applications, preparation of dress pattern, clothing production with various techniques on dress.
