Course Objective
The main aim of the this course is to make creative design studies for accessories that complement of clothing. It is aimed to ensure that students understand the potential environmental impacts of materials through ethical awareness, taking into account sustainable resource use and zero waste during the accessory design process.
Brief Content of the Course
Definition, classification, features, materials and importance of fashion accessories in fashion design, historical development of the accessory, sustainable resource use, upcycling and zero waste, ethical awareness and potential environmental impacts of materials in the accessory design and production process,accessories used on head, accessories worn on the body, accessories worn on the foot, accessories used on clothing, material research according to trends, making artistic-technical drawings and preparing sample products.
