Course Objective
Understand the Turkish Legal System. Basic Concepts of law to explain, can be viewed in the face of the way and methods to recognize legal problems, legal relations and rights, the legal description of actions and transactions. To understand the basis of this course is for all law courses
Brief Content of the Course
The separation of properties and other rules of law rules of social order; contemporary legal systems, law review, and the movement of the compilation of Turkish law, and the types of sanctions, public law, private law, joint legal branches and sub-divisions of the Turkish positive law and its problems, the implementation of various aspects of law; rights, rights and driver's license concepts of ownership, responsibility and accountability, such as the operation consists of the major issues.
