Course Objective
The scope of public administration bodies in the organization and operation of the administrative actions and are directly based on the law and the legal consequences. Administrative law, based on the foundation of the modern state as a relatively new and modern law is a branch of the state and citizen relations should be based is an important part of the public law field. Those working in public areas and service areas based on the principles of public law relationship are required. In this course the basic principles of public law and regulations that apply in the field of administrative law is intended to evaluate.
Brief Content of the Course
In this course, the emergence of public law, development, management of the basic concepts of law, public officials, personnel regime, the Turkish public administration issues such as legal structure and operation will be discussed.
