Course Objective
Management science, public service and staff responsible for producing public goods is related to the structure and functioning. Unlike the private sector of public administration and service to the public good moves mantelitesi idea, not based on profit to the public interest purposes. For this reason, private sector personnel regime has similarities with the functioning of the bureaucracy, politics, specifically in relation to the field of bureaucracy should be examined. The goal was to make such investigation stages of this course of management, bureaucracy, paperwork, admin tipolijisi and public officials, evaluated the concepts of governance.
Brief Content of the Course
Starting from the concept of direct democracy in ancient Greek philosophy of the course up to modern times with emphasis on extending the discussions of democracy, the birth of the concept of human rights, development and understanding the historical process of the axis of the postmodern critiques will be discussed.
