Course Objective
The purpose of this course is to equip students with knowledge about land readjustment practices conducted under Article 18 of the Zoning Law and to teach the process through practical examples. Students gain competence in preparing land subdivision plans, calculating land contribution ratios, and conducting legal and cadastral procedures related to land rearrangement. Sustainability Statement: Land readjustment within the scope of this course supports sustainable urban development by promoting planned and balanced growth. Brief Content of the Course
This course provides fundamental knowledge on land readjustment practices under Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194. It includes practical topics such as the preparation of land subdivision plans, calculation of land contribution ratios (DOP), property adjustments, and cadastral transactions. The course aims to teach students both the legal and technical aspects of land rearrangement.
