The student analyzes the legal and technical procedures involved in land readjustment processes under Article 18 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.

The student creates deduction calculations (e.g. public service share) and parceling plans during zoning applications.

The student manages the land readjustment process by balancing property rights, the principle of equality, and public interest in line with the zoning plan.

The student solves and analyzes ownership rights and parcel changes within the scope of Article 18 implementations.
