1Know the organizational structure of food and beverage businesses
2Be able to explain and implement service procedures
3Explain and enforce kuver varieties and the rules of kuver opening
4Learn international terms related to alcoholic beverages and service and give examples
5Know and explain the issues related to the production and service of beer and wine
6He'll be able to explain the rules to look out for when working at the bar.
