1Ability to plan and implement classroom guidance activities that contribute to the social, emotional, academic and career development of students/clients
2Ability to conduct psychoeducational group studies in which structured programs with psychological and educational elements focusing on developing students' awareness and life skills are implemented
3Ability to hold consultation meetings with teachers and/or parents according to the problem status of students/clients
4Ability to hold periodic individual meetings of 1-3 sessions with a student who needs support in the field of academic development
5Ability to explain the program development and evaluation process in psychological counseling and guidance
